A public education site rebuilt around source limits.
This site was rebuilt after a claim-level audit of prior public material. It replaces certainty marketing, unverified authority claims, generic legal templates, and public individual-case references with carefully scoped public education.
What this site does
It offers plain-language education about notices, records, statutory concepts, court vocabulary, public agencies, and source checking. Every substantive legal or institutional statement is linked to an issuing authority where practical.
What this site does not do
It does not publish individual case records, identify private parties, promise a result, provide pleadings or motions, calculate penalties, treat standing as subject-matter jurisdiction, or present monetary mechanics as a debt-discharge theory.
Correction standard
When an authority claim cannot be authenticated by a reliable primary source, it is not represented as established. When a legal principle is conditional, the condition is stated. When content becomes stale or unsupported, it should be revised or removed rather than preserved through a disclaimer.
Privacy and contact boundary
Do not send account numbers, court files, identification documents, or personal financial records through this public site. The site has no case-upload, account-intake, or legal-service function.
